Black Sea campaign is a mod. So to play Black Sea campaign you will have to activate the mod with jsgme. Atlantic campaign is not available when Black Sea campaign is activated. (Anyway as you are in the Black Sea you don't need Atlantic campaign)
And to return to Atlantic campaign, disable the mod.
