Default Manually setting OwnSub PK

Running TMO 2.5 with 1.5_Optical Targeting Correction 031312 for TMO 2.5. When first making contact with a target I like to stop my sub, set the range to between 11-10k with appropriate AOB and speed and start the TDC. This will allow TDC to accurately reflect the changing range/AOB of target. However, in order to have OwnSub PK reflect sub's aspect to target I have to wait until range closes and "Lock" the target, allowing the OwnSub PK dial to accurately show my subs relative aspect to the target (i.e., if I'm sitting broadside to the target at 10k the OwnSub PK will show me pointing bows-on to target but once locking target the PK will change to show OwnSub broadside on).

Is there a way to manually set the OwnSub PK to the correct aspect to target without waiting for the target to close the range to where it can be locked on the scope/TBT?
