i am experiencing something similar
the game clock and outside world are way out of sync, base-time does not explain it
22:10 in game (base wilhelmshaven) and its a clear blue day outside, just off Gibraltar.
never ever had anything like this on my old system but i got Sh3 GWX3 on my new win 8 computer and this bug is turning up.
any ideas?
would it be possible to modify game time in the files or would i likely wreck my installation with that?
