Gamersgate webstore shows SOF “in stock” , DRM Free, Activates in the United States. 14.99. I would email them directly your questions.

I think SOF like many older simulations, needs DirectX 9.0c on your system. Permissions and compatibilities need to be set too. As already mentioned by blackswan It should be installed outside the Program Files x86 folder if you intend to add mods.

I don’t know about win 11. I know some have used 10. I run it on Win7/ 64bit Home, I3-6320 3.9 GHz, ASRock Z270 MB, DDR4 16GB, Samsung dual SSDs, GeForce GTX 1660 6GB. @ resolution 1920x1080. Graphics are ok.

. So do I . We should talk.

My interest in SOF’s is focused on it’s simulation gameplay. I think you can get a creditable simulation out of SOF, if your willing to add some mods, remove the game’s auto-targeting features , and dig deeper into manual targeting techniques etc. My goal is to simulate some of the tactics used during WWI , which are fundamentally different than WWII sub simulation. SOF is also a welcome diversion from WWII.
