At infant mode, you can due to map actualization always do the second counting method; where only shipspeed is needed

Ingame, lets say mast high from a random ship is displayed
35 m.
Draft 5 m.

Solution 1: count -draft.
Solution 2: take 35 m

You never now you have to shot in booth.

A way to avoid this would be: mark at the sils the way it is measured.
So one can make the proper count looking what mark thus how to measure

Also, due to the fact of measure the whole ship, the background table can be correct.

Looking at a sil,

Where it says mast high 50, draft 8

Looking at the tga. Identifying the ship is measured only reaches about 42 m max.

Here is a example: the sils background table starts at waterline up , then + draft you get the high of 50

But some sils are with no background table.

You can take only what measure is given

It all got too much mixed up with new ships
Thus nobody paid attention
Hey! You have more knowledge in this, then I have that for sure. It was pretty hard to archive a decent score all things considered. But there are plenty of guys here who can help you out if needed.
