I had this happen with a different game and I had to contact the tech support people via phone. they asked some questions about where i bought it and once they figured i did not have a pirated copy they game me a code. Now I write them down in case I lose the box. I hate those codes. You may want to buy the pack that has all three games because it is a steal and it is updated with the latest versions. I am going to today because i could not download donkey squat from the sonalysts web site for some reason.
