This is a problem, and someone needs to make a mod to fix this!
Here's the story:
A U-Boat finds a lone C3 cargo ship in stormy weather. The cargo ship has no means to defend itself, so there is no reason for the U-boat to remain submerged. The captain surfaces the sub, and, being only a few hundred meters away from the cargo ship, he orders his men to man the deck gun! But, just as he does so, a dialogue box pops up, saying:
"Deck gun cannot be manned in rough weather."
Cursing, the captain orders torpedo after torpedo fired at the C3, but each misses. He dives, and leaves the boat be.

Yes, I'm sure its happened to everyone. Do we really need this feature of the game? 85% of the time, the Atlantic water is rough, so 15% of the time, we get to use the deck gun!

Any ideas?
