super easy.
First off, run sh3.exe at least once in order to let the game create the "SH3" folder in your documents folder.
Secondly, install Sh3 commander straight into your sh3 game folder.
Thirdly, install or copy all JSGME files into your Sh3 Commander folder (so that you have two JSGMEs, one inside CMD folder, one inside game folder).
As usual, your Sh3 Commander folder should have a mod folder now where you wanna place the 'WAC_5.0_CommanderMod'.

As far as I can tell yet can you change a variety of CMD's options without causing the game to crash. I, at least, have finished the August patrol without issues..
