yeah, that's a windows thing.
LAA is no harm to your system.
i have it on my PC.
before you use it with SH4 (or 3 or 5) be sure that you have installed SH in a folder that is not in a Windows subfolder, such as Program(x86).
and.....
be sure to uncheck the Read-only sh4.exe properties.
