To Me, if you are meaning the interiors with using the Op. Monsun mod... still have the same feel as with SH3... SH4, is just SH3 on steroids, if you will... or at least from my perspective, any way...
considering that SH4 is newer or younger than SH3.
Just like mileage per gallon, opinions will vary....
