Hi spurlash before you reinstalled everything did you delete all the previous installs of SH3 GWX ansd the Commander Mod also your SH3 Folder in your documents for all your Career saves then clean your registRy with CC Cleaner
then reinstall SH3 from the download link i sent you
1. Make a Games Folder on Drive C:/ but outside Program/Files X86 so Windows security dont mess with your SH3.
2.Once you have unpacked SH3 in your Games Folder run a single mission like Happy Time when you play a single mission it creates a SH3 in your documents for all your career saves when playing the Campaign.
3.once you have tested SH3 and it runs with no problems reinstall GWX3
the 4Gig Patch(Gives SH3 4Gig of Virtual Memory instead of the 2Gig default)so mods will work Commander Mod 3.2 and the Commander Mod Config File that lets the Commander mod talk to GWX you must activate
the 4Gig Patch and the Commander mod config file before you start your Career

If you were using the SH3 Steam Version wont work if you have other games in your steam apps games folder thats why i sent you the SH3 download link
