Hello. with other words, FOTRS v1.2 GE is the last german version for SH4 1.5?

Sorry for my clumsiness, my English leaves a lot to be desired.

Edit: But here in the Ubisoft Forum I can read, that there has to be a german FOTRS 1.3 patch for SH4 1.5.
