I would sure remove the one on top of the A turret.
And without any real good visual reference
, I would also get rid of the casemate guns.

Wooden lifeboats are very dangerous in a combat situation. Wood gets shattered and the splinters can cause a lot of casualties. By WW2 standards rubber rafts are probably more useful.
