Ahoy Captains!

so I now have putted about 63 hours into sh4 and I decided to take a break from it.
So I had 5€ in my steam portfolio and eventually decided to get sh3
so I download it, boot it up and it seems to run in an odd 1024 by 768 windowed.
There is no resolution option as far as I can tell so I just put it in full screen and restart the game.
The sound also was muted apparently.
than I try and load the navigation tutorial and when it eventually loads up the game is stuck on pause and all that I can see is a black screen with ''game paused'' and the UI i can click on whatever i whant but nothing happens
