I’m sorry I’m still not quite sure I understand. So once Lage laufend was switched on, I could then change course at will and the AOB setting would not change assuming I kept the wire on the target. With this mod, as I’m changing course, my AOB is not taking my course changes into account. Let’s take an example. Let’s say the target bearing is 270. Let’s say it’s bow right 90. I put the wire on the target, I set bow right 90, set follow, set Lage laufend. Now let’s say I then turn 90° to port to put my bow on the target. What the real device would do is take my course change into account such that when I arrived at the new course, and put the wire back on the target it would still show about 90 right. When I just tried it in game, after that turn the AOB was 180°, it turned AOB while I was turning, which is not correct.

I’m not sure what own course dial you mean, there doesn’t appear to be any such dial.

I really hope it’s just something I’m overlooking. Because this was a crucial feature of the German TDC and why it was so effective.
