Make certain that your browser is letting you do the download. Also, be certain that you have not run afoul of Downloads and daily allowed download amount, which is the main reason for the "Slow Down, cowboy!..." messages.

Sorry I deleted post about downloading Fotrs... I managed to download simple 1.3 Fotrs version ,it s not ultimate version.
