Yes, I think so, if I go to
Start/Run/chkdsk then it runs, it is only if I run command to get a window! Herr-Berbunch suggested the following:
go to
Tools/Folder Options/View and at the bottom untick
Use Simple File Sharing, then go to Windows folder right click on System32 folder select Security and tick "
Replace Permission Entries On All Child Objects With Entries Shown Here That Apply To Child Objects." then apply, after restoration I tried again but the problem is still there, maybe I should reboot!
