I took it off New York harbor; in terms of mods, I'm using my own water color and camera mods with RUb sky.
I haven't released the color mod (that is compatible with current game versions), since I think RUb and some recent new mods do a good job - but I can if anyone wants it, it's only one file :hmm: |
