Just to be certain, are you using Ducimus's Trigger Maru, or Bubblehead1980's updated version? If Ducimus's original, try leaving out the Narwhal mods altogether initially, and you could also leave out the Small Patch. All that patch does is make the Tambor and upgradeable boat. Otherwise, if you start with a Tambor, that is the only boat you get. You start with it, and you finish with it. But just try with TMO by itself, and see what you get.
