The 68 campaign seems broken in this beta.
Here's the fix:
Open default/campaign002/campaign_data.txt
Replace every instance of AircraftType=wp_tu-142_bear with AircraftType=wp_il-38_may_68 which are under the various locations.
Save and play 68 campaig.
