Yes, the GFO mod, however you can edit the same file in the GFO mod and make your own mini mod and it should work.
Rather than uninstalling the GFO mod to edit the Commands.cfg file, make a copy of the GFO Commands.cfg file, edit the copy, and use the same folder structure as GFO for your mini mod:
Make a folder and call it,
GFO_Weather
In that folder make a
Data folder
In the
Data folder make a
Cfg folder
- and put your GFO edited
Commands.cfg file in this
Cfg folder
Put this
GFO_Weather folder in your
MODS folder and JSGME should see it. It would be best to enable it only when you have returned to base.
