This might be my final update. Since I feel like ive run out of ideas.

Here's what else I've tried:

1. new steam install on different physical drive. same error

2. CD install (yes I have physical copy of DW) into different directory. DW 1.04 works fine. RA 1.5 fails when using helos or air. as per before

3. added DW exe to exception list for DEP (data error protection), still freezes.
