Absolutely. Choose "Open Scripted Layer" and go into the Campaigns folder. I don't remember the exact name of the Scripted layer file, but it ends with SCR.
Edit it, then choose "Save Scripted layer" and save it.
For random bombing runs, you need to edit the Random layer. Do the same thing, but replace "Scripted" with "Random" ("open random layer", for example).
