Note that both of them have an empty "Notes" field, which is indicative of stock. Your install shows signs of added content for the Mark 10, so look at either MaxOptics or the MedalsFix mods from CapnScurvy for an edited UPCLocalization.tsr file, and see if one of the the fields has a typo for "Mk16TorpInfo" and Mk16TorpNotes.

yeah, i thought of that but none of the mods in my list changed the TSR file. it is still the original version.


i figured it out.

in the game, the Ammo GUI takes the data, not from the TSR, but from the Ammunition.UPC file.
the Ammunition file gets the Info and Notes from the TSR.
do not ask me to explain that one.

so.....once i updated the Ammo.upc file with the proper field from the TSR, the Info displays in the game.
