THE TASK FORCES, THERE WAS A COUPLE IN THE ROUTE FROM JAPAN, WAS SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES FROM ME. EVEN THOUSAND. NORTH. MAYBE... IS THE TRAFFIC I FIND IN OEARL AND JUST OFFSHORE? when I arrive there is really very traffic...in and out the port.

Myself, as a... "Rule of thumb", make it a habit, of going into the main.cfg file (after getting everything, finalized in setting up, of course...
) & edit the max TC to... 1024, max. Then save.
On reading up, about weather, sunrise/moonrise-sunset/moonset being overly messed up with high TC usage, am pondering if perhaps, that shouldn't be set, down to...
256.
