How do I install this mod to work alongside DBSM SH4 (Das Boot Sound)..?

So far my mod installation order is as follow :

OpsMonsun_V705
OMv705_to_V720
OMv720_Patch5
OMEGU_v300
OMEGU_v300_Patch7
DBSM_SH4
DBSM_SH4_Speech_Fix
