The option is there. From the instructions:

Just copy the files from Desktop\NewUIs_TDC_1_1_0_ByTheDarkWraith\TDC\No TDC into Silent Hunter 5\MODS\NewUIs_TDC_1_1_0_ByTheDarkWraith
As far as moving it to another "page", it's possible, but A) i have no idea how to do that and B) i have no idea why you'd want to do that.
