I ended up confirming this 3 times by restarting the game and doing the same. Now i got a graf spee crew with 10 clone engine specialists  |
I hardly think the devs are interested in bugs that relate to mods, especially when it involves a playable surface ship. This type of bug report belongs in the mods forum, not here.
