Harbor pilot scripts work fine as you can see...Maybe you didnt activate them properly? You must click "play" for every activated script...

Question: never use the flags. Is it fixed or can I "up-down" it wiuth some keys (as in SH3)? Really I like it in ports arriving or departing, not in the middle of the ocean.

There is no up/down button (yet) but you can remove flags anytime with optional mod...
