The Ahnenerbe GUI is working as if my screen is 1920x1080, but because the game is still in 1024x768, majority of controls are misaligned and off-center. Is there some file I need to manually update to specify my resolution manually?

Go into your save folder and open up main.cfg and change the resolution.
I don't one of it'll work 16:10, but will definitely work 16:9.
