Ok, am thinking you meant is Op.eration Monsun: Dark Waters, (& NOT cold waters... that's a whole different... critter there & is NOT SH4 related... by any means.
) a game you need to buy.
If that is the case, of a simple mistyping.... then, that'd be an emphatic... NO.
This is a mod set, that you add to an already owned SH4 Wolves of the Pacific: Uboat Missions v1.5 copy.
As it is, have a seriously (by computer manf.'s orverinflated opinion... at any rate.
) "obsolete" computer, that's set up with Win 10 Pro, 8 gigs of RAM... &...
have to date, 2copies of SH3 (am a crash test dummy...
), 16 copies of SH4 v1.5 (modded out) & of those... 10 are ones I run careers on, the other 6 are test bed copies... testing various mods to see how they do with them & changes to a mod mix as it is updated, prior to changing up the aforementioned 8 career versions.... again, acting as a crash test dummy.
& finally...
1 modded SH5 version that I dink about in a career on... when I feel the itch to actually have to run about in the sub.
The ones I run careers in, are:
1. We dive at Dawn.! (Brit sub service, WW2, this 1.. is a bonus mod mix, found in the bonus section here on subsim.
)
2. KSDII-Ace edition (currently @ update v1.4.1, now.
)
3. OM-Dark Waters v6 (as with KSD II: Ace, these are Uboat driven mod mixes...
)
4. IJN This 1, is a base mod mix set up, owing to the... rather limited, Campaign/Sounds/crew & ani for them... being lacking. As it is, not all that bad, just... is a bit odd, to hear orders, sightings & such... in english... & seeing about 2/3 of the crew, being German boys.... BUT... considering that... there was a wee small contingency of Uboats sent to the Pacific... that does give it a bit of a touch of realism... in a sense. Have thought of using the german sounds from either of OM: Dark, or KSD II: Ace... to pad out the orders section.... so as to get rid of the... english confirms & all.
as a... stop gap, for now. Of course, the only downside is... seeing a jap at a station, turning about & hearing german spoken...
5.-10, are U. S. fleetboat mod sets... 1 FotRS-U & the other 4 are TMOverhauled v2.5 Bubblehead1980's revamps... 1, Sclass career, 1 PH, 1 Asiatic & the last one, a SubRon 50 career.
Phewwww.... a mouthful of info there... hope I didn't cause your eyes to glaze over.
