Sorted mine out and now starts in October.

I have an old Flotilla.cfg files from WAW that was enabled and they have the November start date. Changed that file out restoring the correct flotillas files and was able to get multiple saves and no issues.

I forget that some mods are not compatible with WAW stuff.
