Amazing mod!

I can only get it to work with FotRSU v1.8.

For some reason the 3d clouds don't show up in stock SH4 v1.5, TMO/RALLES TMO-RSRDC-OTC etc etc

Perhaps one of the environmental mods needs to be installed for the clouds to work properly?
