[REQ] Scharnhorst/Bismarck
looking at the Admiral Graf Spee and thought a playable Scharnhorst, or Bismarck would be sweet. anyone agree?, can anyone do this?
will this playable bismarck for SH3 work in SH4? we just need to update the graphics?
