I still play the 1964 Avalon Hill Gettysburg boardgame (with divisions) and Fury in the West in (brigades), a very accurate rendition of the bloodbath at Shiloh. What's more fun though, are the actual large-scale reenactments I participated in at those two battlefields in the '80's. :strip_icc()/pic89933.jpg ) :strip_icc()/pic216371.jpg) My entire group filled 3 airliners to attend and went as one Federal regiment at the 1988 Gettysburg a huge affair with 30,000 spectators; 15,000+- combatants  Temperatures for 4 days were in the 90's ...brutal in ol'time wool uniforms with full field gear!
