Was surprised to see the first two enlisted ranks had LevelUp= Base, instead of LevelUp= Free in the Ranks.UPC file. Thought the mod used the latter, which is better.

After two patrols in the S-38, was surprised to find that SJ radar was available in March 1942 at Perth. Thought that came out in June 1942.

This build fairly stable. I have experienced no CDT.
