When I remove the mod, vanilla is ok.

Not only deck, but AA guns, and the conning tower is incorrect, being a later war sail. Did you empty the Save folder? Like MM says, install outside of the Program Files folders, but also empty the Save folder before playing the modded game. Instructions are in the first post here, in the download post, and in the Support folder of the mod.
