So I have tried to do this by myself several times now. Either the toolbar just dissapears all together, or its no change.
I have the page layout file. I made a directory tree as it should be, and put the ini file, and only this file, into the right folder. Dragged the directory to JSGME, and enabled it last.
Do I need some other files as well?
