Running the virgin copy, is applicable, if you just got it... think the Steam set up... auto remembers it having been ran, but...
that is just a WAG, at best... would recommend highly, to still run it... (*1 Time & 1 time only, Vasily... *said in Kpt. Ramius' voice*) just to be on the safe side if you move the whole shooting match (Steam & its library, or just the library alone
) or just dump it & reinstall it, either way.
