I believe that you are playing a different version of Harpoon than the one covered within this thread.

The Harpoon Classic version of the game has an IOPG battleset covering the Indian Ocean and Persian Gulf. You can grab a demo for that version from the Download archive: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...=1019&act=down
