Oh, one more thing... If your mom absolutely insists on a commercially-build PC, then go with a Dell XPS. I own three (and have had more in the past) and have always been happy. Dell's XPS customer support, in my experience, can't be beat. Whenever anything has broke, they sent a technician to my house to replace it.
