Was There Any Doubt Who'd be Honored?
It's the day after the final publication of the year and a time when the Subsim.com league picks their All Star team. Some sports have a probowl, some sports have an all star event - the Subsim.com selected the best fantasy players in their position and an honoree to carry their name.
The procedure is that all the Associated Subsim Writers (ASW) select an honoree and submit their name to a pool. All the ASW's then vote, eliminating the honoree with the lowest number of votes, until there is only one. This year, in a first, all the ASW's selected the same honoree.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the Subsim.com Fantasy Football League is honored to present this years All Star team, appropriately named after, perhaps the greatest icon of the past century. I had the honor once to meet this years honoree, and talk with them. It was a honor, to serve you, Maam. Without further ado, this years All Star Team are the Queen Elizabeth Monarch.
