The Pocket Battleship, Sharnhorst and Bismarck mods have nothing to do with TSWSM, so your post is a little misplaced here. As I haven't made these ships I don't know of any possible errors and fixes for them.
If a ship is black it usually means SH4 was unable to successfully load the ships textures for whatever reason.
Try to reinstall the ships and see if that has fixed the problems.
