I have the following installed and in this order.

Opsmonsun_V705
OMv705_to_V720
OMv720_Patch4
OMEGU_v300_pkg
OMEGU_V300_Patch6_pkg

When I play uboat campaign , I dont have any of these dials for any of my subs (type 7 and xi).
