Not without quite a bit of work in the menu_1024_768.ini and other files, which is a scary, complex proposition for most modders. The issue involves the original "size" of the interface elements of the old DirectX v9 game, originally sized for (surprise) 1024x768, or a 4:3 ratio, but with 16:9 ratios available, while your 4k resolution is a 16:9 ratio, things start getting difficult for old people (
) at 1920x1080. It might be that you would find that a divisible (or something close) such as 2560×1440 or even as "coarse" as 1920x1080 (my max setting for my eyes) would work better for your eyes.
