You don't mention any details. It has been a while since I used KSD, but did you use the crew elsewhere in the boat? Are they at the proper "duty station" to be on the bridge? A big problem can be leaving the crew at Battle Stations too long, and they might be exhausted, and can't get themselves to climb the ladder to get topside... If you are at Battle Stations, relieve the crew of that, and dive to 35m or so, and give everybody a few hours worth of rest, then try again. One last question: if you were depth charged, are any of the crew injured or dead? You might have to drag the dead and / or injured to other locations, and then drag new crew members to watch stations.
