I think rather than it is +1 (enemy coeff) * -8000 = -8000 renown points.
I think this unit is not in any neutral country folder (Roster folder). Else, this would give -1 (original neutral coeff) * -8000 = +8000 renown points for sinking a neutral hospital ship
