Inside scoop - Just talked with someone working on the project - TOms Hardware is blowing it way out of proportion. Not only is it not widely distributed as TGDaily says, but its an incredibly early version.
Ignore TGDaily on the above story. The M1 build is barely working. What is even going to be included in it is still way to early to tell.
