Hi Arkan A Warm Welcome to Subsim sorry to here your having problems with SH3
1.is your SH3 Version dvd or download also are you running it compatabilty mode for windows 7
if your SH3 is the DVD Version install it outside program files x86 like on just Drive C:/
2. are you using the GWX Mod and the Commander Mod if so you need the following 4Gig Patch GWX Commander Mod Config File
4Gig Patch dowload link below (alocate more memory to SH3)

GWX Commander Mod download link below (Give you the ability to alter days spent in base before next patrol and give your crew extra qualifications.
