I think he's saying something like this:
"Vanilla SH3 patched to 1.4 works fine (as far as graphics goes, no problems). Loading time is fairly short. As soon as I install GWX3.0 and additional mods for GWX3.0 and I start a mission it's driving me nuts that the indicator goes approx. to 95% and after that even after even 5 mins of waiting, nothing.
If i assign SH3 process the highest priority in Windows the game works without any lag."

Well, to me it seems that he posed and answered his question at the same time... On my computer (running GWX3.0 and bunch of additional mods) 5 mins waiting to load mission is quite normal...
